Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across India. We are dedicated to delivering your order promptly and safely.
Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days after processing.

Shipping Charges: For all orders below ₹1999, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of ₹1999 and above.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer a Cash on Delivery option for your convenience. Please note that COD may not be available for all pin codes. An additional handling fee may be applied for COD orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jimmysfashion.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. For more details, please see our full Refund Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jimmysfashion.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
